We are seeking a driven and disciplined transitioning service member to participate in a 180-day immersive training program designed to prepare them for a full-time Operations Manager role in our growing water delivery business. This role covers the full spectrum of operations — from field delivery to high-level management.
• Shadow and support delivery drivers • Assist with warehouse operations and inventory control • Learn customer service and invoicing systems • Coordinate delivery routes and fleet logistics • Support scheduling, dispatch, and team leadership • Participate in financial review and budgeting • Present process improvement strategies to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications: • Must be an active-duty service member approved for SkillBridge • Strong communication and leadership skills • Willingness to learn from the ground up • Interest in logistics, operations, or business management
