Working directly with our senior leadership, you will learn to modernize corporate IT infrastructure and deploy AI-driven business solutions.Because this program is our primary talent pipeline, there is a high probability that successful completion will result in a full-time employment offer upon your military separation.What You Will DoSystems Admin: Configure and manage secure, enterprise-level Microsoft Teams environments.Process Mapping: Audit current business operations to identify workflow bottlenecks.Low-Code Automation: Build and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to eliminate manual data entry.Applied AI: Integrate Business AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) into daily operations and audit AI outputs for accuracy.End-User Training: Translate technical processes into simple SOPs and train non-technical staff.QualificationsEligibility: Active Duty service member eligible for DoD SkillBridge (Command approval required).Skills: Strong technical aptitude, an analytical mindset, and a drive to learn cloud architecture and AI. (Formal IT experience is a plus, but not required).Location: Must be able to commute to our Pensacola office for hybrid, in-person training.
