We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy implementation.

ABOUT THE JOB

Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and programs.HR Strategy and Compliance:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.Performance Management:Administer performance review processes and provide guidance to managers.Identify training and development opportunities for employees.Reporting and Analytics:Maintain HR records and generate reports on key metrics (e.g., turnover, retention).Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws.Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools.Benefits:Exposure to comprehensive HR strategies and practices.Hands-on experience in managing recruitment and employee relations.Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
