The participant will train in inventory control operations in a manufacturing environment, including: start- and end-of-shift inter-building parts transfers; warehouse/plant organization standards; receiving, inspection, and discrepancy handling; accurate inventory transactions in SAGE; material planning and purchasing communication (HDPE, PVC, Acetal, steels, aluminum, phenolic, etc.); parts order execution (stock checks, “Blue” prints handoff, packing); and outbound shipping coordination. Training is delivered through structured OJT with documented weekly learning objectives and performance evaluations.
