We are looking for an Book Keeper to assist in documenting processes and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that internal operations are efficient and well-documented to support the team’s success.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to document processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with financial records. This role involves daily bank reconciliations, reissuing invoices, query resolution, general accounts receivable administration, and month-end close procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in accounting, including three years working with a U.S. company, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel functions, and accounting software. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently are essential to support the efficiency and success of our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial records
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Reissue invoices
- Resolve queries
- Administer general accounts receivable
- Execute month-end close procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least five years of experience in accounting
- Three years of experience working with a U.S. company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel functions
- Proficiency in accounting software
