ABOUT THE JOB

The trainee/intern will learn to develop, review, and update aviation maintenance course materials, incorporating emerging trends, technologies, and regulations; Deliver instruction on aviation maintenance courses, utilizing effective teaching methods, and incorporating adult learning principles; Develop and implement assessment and evaluation instruments to measure student learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and student satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, review, and update aviation maintenance course materials, incorporating emerging trends, technologies, and regulations
• Deliver instruction on aviation maintenance courses, utilizing effective teaching methods, and incorporating adult learning principles
• Develop and implement assessment and evaluation instruments to measure student learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and student satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and/or Powerplant ratings
• JSAMTCC eligibility to test for FAA Mechanic Certificate

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and/or Powerplant ratings - or JSAMTCC eligibility to test for this certification.
