An Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer is a highly visible individual contributor, directly supporting executive leadership. Under the direction and guidance of leadership, you will exhibit discretion to maintain daily operations, and support daily tasking in support of company operations. You will exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross functionally to deliver upon leadership requests.
Primary Responsibilities:An Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer is a highly visible individual contributor, directly supporting executive leadership. Under the direction and guidance of leadership, you will exhibit discretion to maintain daily operations, and support daily tasking in support of company operations. You will exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross functionally to deliver upon leadership requests. Primary expectations of a Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer include:Strong influential skills to progress initiatives requested by CEO/COO leadershipProvides advanced secretarial, administrative and business management support to an executive in the organization.Schedules corporate meetings chaired by the executive and staffRefers, or personally attends to visitors’ inquiries and actions that do not require the executive’s attentionCoordinates administrative and logistical details associated with the day to day operations of the ExecutivePrepares various spreadsheet reports to assist in data analysis for the ExecutivePerforms a variety of secretarial duties, which may be complex or confidential to include: travel arrangements, travel itineraries, agendas, advances, expense reports, submission of check requests, etc.May take and transcribe dictation into finished format to include: letters, memoranda, interoffice communications, confidential reports, and other corporate correspondenceAttends designated conferences and meetings and takes and transcribes minutesMay support office management responsibilities including greeting visitors, supply ordering, office/security access and other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:Internal Requirements: Bachelor's and 7+ years of experienceRelevant years of experience may be substituted for education.Progressive experience with company software tools (Microsoft, Google, Zoom, Slack, Unanet).
