Baker Defense Group provides an elite vocational training track for transitioning service members interested in the executive and operational side of the real estate industry. This program is designed for individuals seeking to understand the "engine" of a real estate enterprise—specifically brokerage management, multi-jurisdictional compliance, and business consulting.
Under the direct mentorship of a seasoned Principal Broker and Broker-Owner, the participant will analyze the administrative and regulatory frameworks required to run a compliant real estate firm. This is a non-sales, operations-focused fellowship. Baker Defense Group serves as the educational lead, providing a theoretical and practical framework for navigating complex regulatory environments, risk management, and market analysis.
