Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Advanced Airlines, LLC who will work closely with maintenance personnel, flight scheduling, flight crews, and various other flight operations departments to coordinate efficient aircraft maintenance scheduling while ensuring FAA compliant flight operations.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist reports to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and performs crew legality checks, reviews flight crew duty logs and pre/post flight logs. He/she coordinates with maintenance on a daily basis and schedules aircraft maintenance events and tracks all hourly and calendar compliance items for each aircraft in the Advanced Air fleet. He/she works closely with flight operations to ensure flight crews and aircraft are legal and compliant with all FAA and Company regulations and policies. He/she will review, update, and maintain all company and aircraft documents involving FAA aircraft maintenance and flight operation regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Work closely with maintenance personnel, flight scheduling, flight crews, and various other flight operations departments to coordinate efficient aircraft maintenance scheduling.
• Perform crew legality checks, review flight crew duty logs and pre/post flight logs.
• Coordinate with maintenance on a daily basis to schedule aircraft maintenance events and track all hourly and calendar compliance items for each aircraft in the Advanced Air fleet.
• Ensure flight crews and aircraft are legal and compliant with all FAA and Company regulations and policies.
• Review, update, and maintain all company and aircraft documents involving FAA aircraft maintenance and flight operation regulatory requirements.
