Training consists of classroom instruction and direct field training. Participants receive instruction on assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical piping systems that must withstand high pressure. Participants will also learn various welding techniques applicable to the Ship Repair & Shipbuilding industry.

Maritime Trades (Welders, Pipelayers, Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Steamfitters)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Classroom instruction
- Direct field training
- Assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical piping systems
- Learning various welding techniques
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to withstand high pressure environments
- Interest in Ship Repair & Shipbuilding industry
