Consultant / Analyst Development Program
We are seeking a highly motivated Consulting Analyst to join the team at JBH Advisory Group. JBH Advisory Group provides advisory services and develops customized solutions for clients within the hospitality and healthcare non-clinical supports services areas. As a Consulting Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting a variety of client-focused projects and initiatives.
ABOUT THE JOB
Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting:o Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.o Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.Consulting Support:o Collaborate with project teams to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement recommendations.o Conduct research and assist in the formulation of strategic plans.Project Management:o Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.o Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.Policy Analysis:o Review and analyze policies, regulations, and procedures.o Provide recommendations for policy improvements based on research findings.Training and Development:o Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in data analysis, project management, and consulting.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration).
- Broad experience at different levels and within different types of food service operations.
- Demonstration of increased responsibility within operational, financial and leadership roles of an organization.
- Experience in presenting to and/or training groups of people.
