As a Studio Lead at REVEL, you’ll be at the forefront of creating a best-in-class hospitality experience while driving sales and building community. From managing daily operations to fostering client relationships, you will play a key role in growing the studio’s membership base and revenue. You’ll support key marketing initiatives, lead team development, uphold brand standards, and maintain studio facilities. Your passion for exceptional customer service, sales, and community building will set you apart.What You’ll Do:Studio Operations & Hospitality• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless daily operations.• Manage studio opening, closing, and class check-ins while following all policies and procedures.• Ensure a pristine studio environment, including laundry, locker rooms, and overall cleanliness.• Assist clients with class bookings, membership inquiries, smoothie bar orders, and retail purchases.Sales & Growth• Drive membership sales by building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and promoting studio offerings.• Collaborate on sales strategies, including corporate outreach and lead generation initiatives.• Actively promote retail products and smoothie bar offerings to enhance client experience and boost revenue.• Analyze sales performance, track progress against goals, and implement improvements where needed.Team Leadership & Development• Train and develop team members to maintain a consistent and outstanding client experience.• Foster a positive and supportive team culture that aligns with REVEL’s mission, vision, and values.• Implement and oversee milestone, loyalty, and community programs to drive engagement and retention.Marketing & Community Building• Collaborate on studio marketing strategies, including:• Client acquisition and corporate outreach initiatives.• Community engagement and in-studio events.• Maintain and grow the studio’s digital presence through tools like MarianaTek, LoyalSnap, Instagram, and Gmail.• Represent the REVEL brand within the fitness community, building strong relationships and loyalty.Client Relations• Proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring swift follow-through.• Promote studio events, programs, and offerings to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.• Maintain quality standards for services and elevate the client experience.Retail & Smoothie Bar Operations• Oversee smoothie bar operations, including pre- and post-class orders.• Manage inventory, merchandising, and brand standards.• Identify opportunities to drive sales and improve the retail and smoothie bar experience.What We’re Looking For:• Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.• Availability to work five shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining studio cleanliness and appearance.• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.• A positive, team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for building community.• Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.Why Join REVEL?At REVEL, we’re more than just a fitness studio—we’re a community.
