This 26-week structured rotational fellowship gives transitioning service members hands-on, mentor-led experience across three Hillphoenix departments — Service, Construction, and Warehouse/Parts. Rather than training in a single function, you will rotate through all three to gain a well-rounded view of our operations while Hillphoenix evaluates your skills, work ethic, and best-fit placement for long-term employment. The program is structured around six progressive phases, moving from orientation through three departmental rotations to focused specialization and a final readiness assessment. A dedicated mentor will guide you throughout, with bi-weekly check-ins along the way. This is structured training with the intent to hire — not temporary or unsupervised labor. Each phase is mentor-led, hands-on, and designed to prepare you for a meaningful civilian career. Upon successful completion of the fellowship and military separation, high-performing fellows may be considered for full-time employment in their identified strength area.
