Participants will apply these skills in real-world scenarios to develop comprehensive HR expertise
The HR Generalist will complete the program with skills in employee relations, compensation and benefits management, performance management, and compliance with HR regulations. They will be prepared to serve as a link between employees and management, oversee HR functions, and ensure organizational policies meet legal standards.
Must have Active Security Clearance ranging from Secret to TS/SCI.
