The Music Entertainment role within the Tunes On Top Record Label at Dakdan Worldwide provides hands-on experience in music production support, artist development, digital distribution, brand positioning, and entertainment marketing. Participants assist in managing creative projects, coordinating production timelines, and supporting artist growth strategies across live events, streaming platforms, and media channels.This position is highly technology driven and AI integrated. Participants will learn to use artificial intelligence music production tools, digital audio workstations, automated distribution platforms, analytics dashboards, marketing automation software, and CRM systems to support artist development and label growth. This role prepares transitioning service members for careers in music production management, entertainment marketing, digital distribution strategy, artist relations, and AI enabled creative operations.
SkillBridge participants in the Music Entertainment role support the operational and strategic functions of the Tunes On Top record label. This position operates in a creative yet structured environment where deadlines, branding consistency, and measurable audience growth are essential.Key Responsibilities:Assist with artist onboarding, project tracking, and release scheduling.Utilize artificial intelligence tools for music analysis, production enhancement, and content optimization.Support coordination of recording sessions, promotional campaigns, and distribution timelines.Maintain artist databases and CRM tracking systems.Assist with digital distribution to streaming platforms and music marketplaces.Support marketing campaigns across social media, video platforms, and email systems.Track performance metrics including streaming data, engagement statistics, and audience growth indicators.Collaborate with graphics, video production, public relations, and sponsorship teams.Support event coordination for concerts, tours, and promotional appearances.Attend all mandatory Dakdan Worldwide meetings and entertainment strategy briefings.Participants will gain exposure to modern AI assisted music production systems, automated royalty tracking tools, streaming analytics platforms, and scalable entertainment business infrastructure used in today’s digital music industry.https://my.usaev.net/v2/preview/ZNqjXqtsDCFjiSdDgci5
