Responsibilities: Your Role as a Commercial Construction Project Manager: As a key player in our expanding team, you will have the autonomy to shape your own success story. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects, building and leading your team, and contributing to our continued growth. Ability to commute/relocate: Towson, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Towson, MD & Baltimore, MD Qualification: Ideal Candidate: Experience: Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, demonstrating a track record of success. Able to manage multiple mid to large scale projects at various phases at the same time. Entrepreneurial Drive: A desire to build and lead your own team, take extreme ownership of your projects and their success, and make your mark on the industry. Passion for Projects: A genuine passion for working on projects that excite and challenge you. Experience level: 4-6 years Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Project Management: 6 years (Required) Commercial construction: 5 years (preferred) License/Certification: OSHA 30 (Preferred) OSHA 10 (Preferred)
