This hands-on role provides real-world training in vehicle repair communication, estimating, and service process management.Participants are paired with a dedicated mentor and receive training to develop into a full base + monthly commission Service Advisor—a career path with strong earning potential and long-term advancement opportunities.
ABOUT THE JOB
What You’ll Learn:• How to create accurate, insurance-compliant repair estimates• The complete vehicle repair process and customer communication best practices• Steps to manage total loss cases and finalize associated documentation• DRP (Direct Repair Program) performance expectations and KPI tracking• Customer education, service standards, and insurance claim processesDaily Responsibilities:• Greet customers in person or over the phone and guide them through the repair process• Communicate repair updates clearly and consistently• Assist in writing repair estimates and learning cost-effective repair strategies• Attend team calls, training sessions, and complete learning assignments• Maintain a professional, engaged presence and actively seek feedback• Document progress using the program tracker and learning platformWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong communication and customer service skills• Basic industry knowledge and comfort with computers• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Active-duty service member eligible for SkillBridge
- 18 years or older
- Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 25 weeks
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the shop
- High school diploma or GED preferred

We have multiple locations in the Dallas / Fort Worth area where participants can work from. Skillbridge Associate Service Advisor will work side-by-side with a dedicated, experienced Service Advisor Mentor with at least two years of experience and a high performer, immersing the Skillbridge Associate Service Advisor in a live collision repair center environment.
