This 90 to 120-day SkillBridge program prepares transitioning service members for a high-impact career in business development and recruiting. Offered by a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), the program provides over 250 hours of structured training, combining live instruction, scenario-based exercises, real-world outreach projects, and ongoing professional mentorship.You’ll learn how to research markets, connect with decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and develop strategic approaches to client development and sales.The skills you’ll gain (market analysis, communication, relationship-building, and business strategy) are highly transferable and in demand across nearly every industry. While we certainly hope you'll stay with us, these capabilities will prepare you to pursue a civilian career in tech, logistics, manufacturing, government contracting, or professional services.
