Building Products Inc. offers a 12-week SkillBridge training program for transitioning service members interested in a civilian career in outside sales. This structured program provides hands-on training in territory management, customer relationship development, product knowledge, and business development within the building materials distribution industry.

ABOUT THE JOB

BPI is seeking to train transitioning service members alongside experienced sales professionals to learn territory planning, customer engagement, CRM/ERP system usage, quoting and pricing, prospecting, and revenue growth strategies. The program includes classroom instruction, field shadowing, and supervised independent sales activities designed to prepare the participant to independently manage a geographic sales territory and build long-term customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨
