Kearney SkillBridge Senior Business Analyst – Mobility, Defense & Advanced Industrials (MDI)Kearney’s SkillBridge program offers transitioning U.S. service members a 10-week immersive consulting experience within our Mobility, Defense and Advanced Industrials (MDI) practice. As a SkillBridge Senior Business Analyst, participants will gain hands-on exposure to strategy and operations consulting while working alongside Kearney teams supporting commercial and industrial clients.During the program, SkillBridge participants will contribute to internal initiatives and client engagements focused on topics such as supply chain performance, manufacturing operations, sustainment strategy, and enterprise transformation across aerospace, defense-adjacent, and advanced industrial sectors. Participants will develop core consulting skills including problem structuring, data analysis, executive communication, and team-based delivery.The program is designed to provide a realistic preview of consulting at Kearney and to support a potential pathway to full-time employment following military transition for high-performing participants. SkillBridge participants remain on active-duty pay and benefits through the Department of Defense for the duration of the program.

In addition, we look for individuals with the following experience or qualities: 3-5 years of professional experience Hold a master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience Experience working as a Management Consultant preferred. Experience working in or alongside clients in the following industries: Aerospace & Defense Aviation Industrials Mobility Functional expertise in manufacturing and supply chain operations Active security clearance is a plus Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Toronto.
