The FleetGap SkillBridge Apprenticeship prepares transitioning Service members for full-time civilian fleet technician and leadership roles. Participants gain technical expertise, civilian workforce readiness, and hands-on shop experience. The program combines structured classroom training, leadership development, and on-the-job training with the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) partners and hiring managers.
*Prior service in roles related to transportation, logistics, motor pool, maintenance, or supply chain is preferred.** *Demonstrated experience managing equipment readiness, scheduling, or mission-critical assets.
