We are seeking a Software Engineer – Web to join our team building and maintaining internal-facing tools and applications. Our applications are in production today but remain in early stages of growth, which means your work will directly shape how employees across the company interact with critical internal systems.

ABOUT THE JOB

(LB7) Software Engineer : This role is focused on hands-on coding, technical execution, and steady skill development with the support of a structured training program.Minimum Qualifications: Basic proficiency in JavaScript.Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and accountability.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to React, TypeScript, Next.js (or similar frameworks).Experience with backend development in Node.js or Java.Familiarity with modern software practices such as APIs, Git, and CI/CD.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
