The Lonnie Bush Real Estate | LPT Realty SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with structured, hands-on training and operational exposure within the residential real estate industry. Participants will engage in approximately 35–40 hours per week of professional development, systems training, mentorship, role-play, shadowing opportunities, customer service training, business development activities, and operational workflow exposure.The program is designed to strengthen transferable civilian workforce skills including leadership, communication, networking, accountability, relationship-building, and professional readiness while introducing participants to residential real estate operations and business systems.

ABOUT THE JOB

Participants in the Military Transition Program – Real Estate Sales & Agent Development will receive structured training and mentorship within a high-performing residential real estate organization. Training includes onboarding, CRM systems, lead management, communication development, role-play exercises, shadowing opportunities, workflow systems, customer relationship management, marketing exposure, buyer presentation preparation, transaction process exposure, and business development activities.Participants may also pursue Virginia real estate pre-licensing education independently during the program. No licensed real estate activities will be conducted until licensure is independently obtained in accordance with Virginia law and DPOR regulations.

• Have interest in business, leadership, customer service, sales, operations, or real estate industries
• Understand that Virginia Real Estate licensure is independently obtained through DPOR requirements
