To qualify for the Military Partnership and Program Coordinator SkillBridge track, applicants must meet the following criteria. This is a high-engagement program built for motivated service members who are ready to take ownership of their transition.1. SkillBridge Authorization: Must be an active-duty service member within 180 days of approved separationMust have command approval to participate in the DoD SkillBridge programMust be in good standing with your unit and eligible for permissive TDY or administrative absence2. Engagement Commitment: Prepared to fully participate in a structured 90, 120, or 180-day experienceOpen to mentorship, coaching, and professional development in a fast-paced environmentWilling to lead projects, contribute to a mission, and treat this like a career preview—not just a temporary assignment3. Technology and Scheduling Readiness: Reliable access to a laptop or desktop with stable internet connectionAvailable to work weekdays during standard business hours in Eastern or Central time zonesComfortable using modern communication and collaboration tools (training provided if needed)4. Communication Strength: Able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversationReady to use LinkedIn, email, and video conferencing as part of your daily workWilling to share your journey and engage with others in the veteran and employer community5.
