Member Services SkillBridge Opportunity Overview**** This job posting is meant to recruit active duty military candidates that are or will be eligible to participate in DOD SkillBridge within the next six months**** If you are not currently an eligible active military member, you will not be considered for this role.Wheels Up is honored to participate in the DOD SkillBridge program! The DOD SkillBridge program is an excellent opportunity for current service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences. Successful completion of the SkillBridge program at Wheels UP does not guarantee employment; however, SkillBridge participants may become preferred candidates for future Member Services Representative positions.

For more information about our company, please visit: wheelsup.com Role Overview:Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Member Services Representative SkillBridge intern in Chamblee, GA to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and Communicate plans to members (customers) to solve delays.
- Work both independently and in a team environment.
- Cover varying schedule for total of 8,760 hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Military Service Member
- Ability to work on site at our facility in Chamblee, GA daily.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in customer service or equivalent role
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
