Administrative Training Coordinator

Shadow outreach, recruitment, and enrollment staff to interview, and enroll participants in NIT training and coordinate with funders and training opportunity.

ABOUT THE JOB

This position is responsible for the various duties of customer service, admissions, and enrollment. This includes the following recruitment activities: adult vocational skills program enrollment, including student orientations, outreach events, student file management, campus tours, prerequisite collection, grant specific recruitment, and graduate follow up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interview and enroll participants in NIT training
• Coordinate with funders and training opportunities
• Manage customer service, admissions, and enrollment for adult vocational skills program
• Conduct student orientations, manage outreach events, and handle student file management
• Collect prerequisites, conduct campus tours, and perform graduate follow up

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test
• Capability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
• Enjoyment of the minute details of full cycle enrollment
• Enthusiastic interaction with clients
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer service
• Experience in utilizing Salesforce and managing student applications
• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system
• Skills in coordinating, scheduling, and staffing outreach events

Daily tasks include management of day-to-day enrollment, including utilizing Salesforce and student applications, answering multi-line phone system, and coordinating, scheduling, and staffing outreach events.
