This rotational program allows you to explore multiple HR specialties while contributing to meaningful work that supports our associates and our mission.Participants will gain hands on experience across several key areas, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Solutions, Associate Development, Onboarding, Ask HR, Leadership Development, HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles. Participants will gain hands on experience across several key areas, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Solutions, Associate Development, Onboarding, Ask HR, Leadership Development, HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles. Key responsibilites include reviewing candidate applications, screening and scheduling interviews. Attending career events and shadowing with Community Liasion and Come Grow with Us program teams. Support the coordination and delivery of New Associate Experience, clincal orientation and Associate Development programs. Conduct and monitor onboarding checks. Designing and supporting leadership development programs, support talent management. Understand strategic priorities and translate into leadership development initiatives, use data and outcomes to evaluate leadership effectiveness and connect efforts to organization performance. Monitor the Ask HR Inbox for inquiries and conduct rehire and transfer eligibility checks. Work on Job Description edits, review certification grid, policies and procedures.
