In addition to construction site services we also provide special event services for events such as weddings, family reunions, and graduations. ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve 40-50 support tickets per day
- Educate customers on our products
- Field any customer inquiries
- Reach out to vendors to resolve customer inquiries
- Receive payment from customers
- Identify and resolve billing issues
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time frame required
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 2+ years’ work experience preferred
- High school diploma required/college degree preferred
- Computer proficiency using web-based programs/Microsoft Office and navigating internet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional phone presence
