ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Business Development Plan: Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan to identify new opportunities for revenue generation. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify potential areas for growth. Build Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to establish strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and finalize business deals with potential clients, partners, and sponsors. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at maximizing revenue opportunities. Data Analysis: Analyze market data and financial reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies. Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on progress against business development goals and revenue targets. Industry Representation: Represent Sports Media Inc. at industry events and conferences to establish new relationships and promote the company's services.Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience in the sports media industry is highly desirable. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for evaluating market trends and identifying growth opportunities. Track Record of Success: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful business development initiatives. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for building relationships and negotiating deals.
