ABOUT THE JOB

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging healthcare providers to support Leidos QTC programs. This role utilizes strategic outreach, market research, and relationship-building techniques to develop a strong provider pipeline. Key responsibilities include conducting targeted sourcing campaigns, maintaining accurate tracking in recruitment systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and effectively communicating the value of partnering with Leidos QTC. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Sourcing, qualifying, and engaging healthcare providers to support Leidos QTC programs
• Utilizing strategic outreach, market research, and relationship-building techniques to develop a strong provider pipeline

• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, CRM-type systems)
• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred)
• Experience working in healthcare or with medical professionals (preferred)
• Familiarity with tracking systems, databases, or administrative workflows (preferred)
• Prior experience briefing leadership or providing status updates (preferred)
