ABOUT THE JOB
A Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs. Upon separation and the awarding of a Hot Head Burritos store, Managers are eligible for bonuses for controlling food and labor expenses at their store. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and maintaining guest services
- Overseeing and being accountable for the operation of a store
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, and expense control
- Managing human resources and operating costs
- Controlling food and labor expenses to qualify for bonuses
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to manage a store independently
- Skills in providing feedback and resolving conflict
- Strong verbal communication skills
