A Service Technician for All Florida Mechanical Services will need to identify and troubleshoot any issues with commercial HVAC units.
A Service Technician for All Florida Mechanical Services will need to show up to the job on time with the proper uniform and ready to comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements. They will need to troubleshoot the electronic and electrical components of a unit, complete repairs and preventive maintenances for commercial HVAC units and refrigeration units, refrigeration units only if applicable to the technician’s knowledge base. A service technician will also be required to locate the source of problems by observing mechanical devices in operations and listening to the devices. Providing daily reports and communicate regularly with manger, store managers, the regional DOC Supervisor and the assigned office administrator is required. A technician will need to remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hand and power tools and examining form and texture of parts. They will need to identify the correct parts needed for equipment and close calls in a timely manner. The technician will ensure compliance with appliance standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act, DOC safety regulations and maintain their EPA certification. A technician will be required to participate in all technical trainings provided to them by All Florida Mechanical. Other duties as required.
