The data
Milivate platform data through September 30, 2026: listings active that day, plus the views, saves and applications they received. Service and rank length limits come from published service policy, cited in the report.
The caveats
Milivate users are a sample of the military, not a census. Where our numbers are thin or a figure is an estimate, the report says so, and every chart carries its own sample size.
The cadence
Findings are kept separate from our hypotheses about what explains them. This is the first edition of what we intend to publish annually.
