ABOUT THE JOB

Reports to the Director of Field Operations. Assist the organization in streamlining strategic/operational programs and processes that will span multiple years in execution and effects for a 15k member organization that is located around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the OCF senior leadership team in operationalizing current strategic initiatives.
• Assist the organization in streamlining strategic/operational programs and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as officer or senior NCOs with staff operations experience.
