We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Remodeling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing residential remodeling projects, including kitchen, bathroom, and full-home renovations. Duties include assessing client needs, providing design recommendations, overseeing the construction process, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining clear communication with clients and subcontractors. No experience required, must have reliable transportation
ABOUT THE JOB
Assess client needs and provide expert recommendations for home remodeling projects.Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and design specifications.Perform hands-on work, including carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, and finishes.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work.Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.Manage project budgets and adjust as necessary to stay within financial limits.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the remodeling process.
