Our hands-on approach to learning prepares service members for starting a successful career in rail operations.
The MCLBB Rail Operations DOW SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with structured, supervised training across all major functions of industrial rail logistics. This program equips participants with the foundational knowledge and hands-on practice with rail transportation and logistics, maintenance and repair, load planning and securement, and safety and compliance. Training integrates safety instruction, field practice, and progressive competency development across five disciplines: Blocker/Bracer, Load Planning, Brakeman/Switchman, Railroad Repair/Maintenance, and Rail Operations Administration.
