The Estimator/Procurement Lead is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, managing subcontractor and supplier relationships, and overseeing the procurement of materials and services for construction projects. This role combines analytical estimating responsibilities with hands-on purchasing and vendor management. The Estimator/Procurement Lead works closely with project managers, superintendents, and company leadership to ensure projects are priced accurately, subcontractors are aligned, materials are sourced cost-effectively, and procurement activities support successful project delivery.
