ABOUT THE JOB

Serves under the On-site Project Manager usually responsible for assisting in the oversight of one or more construction projects on site that are performed by a general contractor. In support of the Government’s representative, manages and/or performs coordinating, planning, planning, planning, documentation, record keeping, and quality assurance to ensure high quality results for assigned clients. Skills required include communicating, coordinating, conflict resolution, inspection of construction work, synchronization with building occupants and ongoing facility operations, cost estimating, understanding and interpretating construction drawings and specification knowledge, negotiating and problem solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Assisting in the oversight of construction projects on site performed by a general contractor
• Coordinating, planning, documentation, record keeping, and quality assurance to ensure high quality results for assigned clients
• Communicating, coordinating, and resolving conflicts
• Inspection of construction work and synchronization with building occupants and ongoing facility operations
