This opportunity will provide the training and experience necessary to develop the participant and ensure they are ready for a Solution Delivery Lead role at webAI or another similar employer if the participant desires.
Solution Delivery Leads guide the delivery of our most important customer projects. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on problem solver, translating mission needs into technology outcomes. This role requires the ability to structure complex problems, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our AI solutions create immediate and meaningful impact. The Solution Delivery Lead owns delivery execution from strategy to implementation. You will translate customer goals into clear action plans, manage internal teams, track progress, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will also help create the delivery playbook that will shape how webAI supports customers as we scale.
