BlueDragon Integrated Problemsolving System Root Cause and ProblemSolving Consultant

The BlueDragon Root Cause Analysis/Integrated Problem-Solving System (BD-IPS) SkillBridge program provides transitioning service members with expert-level training in critical thinking, root cause analysis, and systems-based problem-solving. Trainees will gain hands-on experience applying the BlueDragon methodology to real-world human and organizational performance challenges. The program includes an industry-leading formal training course, case studies, data-driven analysis, facilitation of focus groups and executive briefings, and the execution of capstone projects addressing high-impact operational issues. Graduates earn an industry-recognized certification and are positioned for consultant roles in energy, defense, aerospace, government, and other regulated industries.

ABOUT THE JOB

BlueDragon Root Cause & Problem-Solving Consultant Trainees will develop expertise in the most advanced root cause analysis methodologies, modern virtual frameworks, AI-enhanced data analysis, and strategic/proactive risk mitigation. Trainees will apply their military leadership experience alongside advanced causal analysis techniques to help organizations resolve longstanding, recurring, high-impact challenges. The program integrates cognitive bias training, data analytics, and AI-enhanced causal data analysis tools, preparing graduates for consulting in safety, risk management, and operations leadership roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop expertise in advanced root cause analysis methodologies and modern virtual frameworks.
• Apply military leadership experience alongside advanced causal analysis techniques to help organizations resolve longstanding, recurring, high-impact challenges.
• Facilitate focus groups and executive briefings.
• Execute capstone projects addressing high-impact operational issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Secret or above security clearance, Top Secret and above preferred.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
