C3’s Insurance Producer Sales Training Program aims to provide transitioning military personnel with a comprehensive understanding of insurance principles and hands-on experience in a real-world insurance agency setting. - Understand commercial insurance principles and practices.- Experience various departments of agency- Learn effective strategies for working with clients and prospects in the insurance sales process.- Foster professional development and career readiness in the insurance industry.- Participants will obtain a CA Commercial Insurance license which is required for individuals or businesses that wish to sell, broker, or manage insurance policies in the state. This license ensures that the person has met the necessary legal and regulatory requirements to operate within California’s insurance market.
