The Pharmacy Department at Lovell Government Services supports federal healthcare operations through pharmacy coordination, compliance oversight, inventory awareness, and collaboration with internal and external partners. SkillBridge participants receive structured, instructional training designed to introduce civilian pharmacy operations within a regulated federal healthcare and government contracting environment. Training activities are observational and developmental and do not involve independent dispensing, clinical decision-making, or licensed pharmacy functions.
The participant will develop the following skills: - Pharmacy operations fundamentals - Regulatory and compliance awareness - Documentation accuracy and attention to detail - Professional communication-Coordination across departments
