Headlamp’s Vets RISE (Veterans Reskilled in Innovative Solutions for Employment) General Manager Fellowship is a structured, competency-based SkillBridge training program designed to prepare transitioning service members for immediate post-service employment in senior operations and general management leadership roles. The program emphasizes measurable skill development, supervised experiential learning, and a high probability of qualifying for General Manager or senior operations leadership employment upon successful completion.
