The proposed internship will report to the Athlete Engineering Institute Director (with functional mentorship from the Office of Research and Economic Development) and will establish a synergistic interaction with institute leadership, faculty PIs, research staff, and ORED personnel to contribute to proposal development, capture support, and compliant submission processes. The Proposal Writer/SkillBridge Fellow’s duties will include identifying and qualifying funding opportunities; supporting capture planning; outlining and drafting proposal narratives and supporting sections; coordinating inputs from internal and external stakeholders; assembling required attachments; supporting internal routing and compliance steps, and developing reusable proposal content assets (boilerplate library, capability statements, past performance, CV templates, checklists, and trackers) to increase proposal throughput and quality.
