The objective of our program is to ensure the participants are trained and equipped with the required skills to Coordinate and oversee CRASH’s club programs (robotics, AI, cybersecurity, drone tech, etc.), Manage program schedules, curriculum rollout, and quality control, supervise part-time instructors and volunteers, ensuring alignment with CRASH standards, Monitor student progress and engagement; report key metrics to the COO, assist with community outreach events, STEM showcases, and summer programs, maintain safety standards and enforce organizational policies, and support the development of documentation required for grant and sponsorship reporting.
The Director of Programs at CRASH (Crestview Robotics and STEM Hub) serves as a key member of the operational leadership team, responsible for the successful execution of educational and community initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO and supports the COO in the day-to-day operations of STEM programs, robotics competitions, certifications, and outreach. The Director will oversee program scheduling, instructor coordination, curriculum alignment, and student engagement efforts, ensuring that CRASH’s vision of equitable, high-impact STEM education is consistently delivered across all platforms.
