The Logistics Management Specialist SkillBridge program prepares transitioning service members for entry-level roles in logistics, supply chain, and operations support. Participants receive instruction in logistics fundamentals, inventory control, purchasing, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain coordination aligned with state-approved curriculum standards. This program emphasizes practical application, data-driven decision-making, and professional readiness to support successful transition into civilian logistics and operations careers.
As an entry-level Logistics Management Specialist, graduates may support logistics and operations teams by assisting with inventory management, shipping and receiving, purchasing coordination, warehouse operations, and transportation scheduling. Typical duties include maintaining records, tracking materials, coordinating vendors, supporting supply chain workflows, and using computer-based systems to support logistics operations. Graduates are prepared for roles such as logistics coordinator, inventory control specialist, warehouse operations assistant, supply chain technician, or logistics support specialist.
