Engineering/Maintenance (Alyeska)
The primary focus of this role is to further develop and demonstrate a strong foundation of broad engineering knowledge, skills and abilities; performing routine work in alignment with standard techniques, methods and procedures and beginning to be assigned tasks associated with complex, non-routine work.
ABOUT THE JOB
The learning objectives of this internship are to:Research and make initial recommendations in support of technical decisions regarding the operations and maintenance of engineered systems and components.This includes parts replacement, code and regulatory interpretation, safety issues, process control, and preventive maintenance.Assist with the actions required to ensure the pipeline and associated facilities are designed and operated in a safe and environmentally sound manner and in compliance with codes and DOT regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
