Project Manager Level 1

The Level 1 Project Manager is responsible for successful execution of small projects or assisting Level 2 or 3 Project Managers with larger or more complicated projects.

ABOUT THE JOB

Semper Tek, Inc’s Project Manager – Level 1 Intern will support the Operations Team in delivering successful construction projects. This internship is designed to provide exposure to managing smaller, less complex scopes of work, while also assisting with day-to-day coordination on larger projects. Interns will gain experience with repeatable project tasks, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and construction workflows, building a strong foundation in project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Responsible for successful execution of small projects.
• Assist Level 2 or 3 Project Managers with larger or more complicated projects.
• Support the Operations Team in delivering successful construction projects.
• Manage smaller, less complex scopes of work.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination on larger projects.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Exposure to managing smaller, less complex scopes of work.
• Experience with repeatable project tasks, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and construction workflows.
