As a Sr Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in our maintenance team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Your responsibilities will include: Performing all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company Intervening in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance Performing tooling changes, machine setups, and making in-process adjustments Rebuilding, calibrating, and configuring sealing components and controls Documenting clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls HVAC, Boiler, Generator and electrical troubleshooting Engaging in continuous improvement projects Participating in equipment installation Testing equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met Maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding various production machines and equipment Following all safety and cGMP requirements

Your responsibilities will include: Performing all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company Intervening in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance Performing tooling changes, machine setups, and making in-process adjustments Rebuilding, calibrating, and configuring sealing components and controls Documenting clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls HVAC, Boiler, Generator and electrical troubleshooting Engaging in continuous improvement projects Participating in equipment installation Testing equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met Maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding various production machines and equipment Following all safety and cGMP requirements Experience: Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field Preferred: Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics, including PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids Production experience in a CGMP or Lean manufacturing environment Physical Requirements / Work Environment Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 to 12 hours a day, depending on shift, with additional overtime as required for production schedule consistency The Clean room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise. • Specific gowning is required including gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like. Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
