Field Marketing SkillBridge interns spend their time out in the community helping homeowners understand who we are and what we do. They learn how to represent the brand at events, generate interest in our home-improvement services, and talk with customers in a way that builds trust. The role mixes hands-on field work with real coaching from seasoned marketers, so interns see how lead generation works from the ground up. They get experience with customer engagement, event setup, territory planning, and the day-to-day rhythm of a fast-moving marketing team. By the end of the program, they walk away with practical skills, stronger confidence, and a clear picture of what a career in field marketing looks like.
